Purchasing the Live Bet Masterclass grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and consume the training for your own personal use. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the course, its materials, or any intellectual property to you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Payments for the Live Bet Masterclass may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Your payment card details are handled by the payment processor under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not store your full payment card credentials.
Refunds for the Live Bet Masterclass are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Because the Live Bet Masterclass is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once digital access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
Game Flow may currently be under development, waitlist-only, and subject to change before release. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a launch date, availability, feature availability, specific pricing, or continued development.
Masterclass customers may receive a stated launch discount if that offer remains available under its promotion terms. Game Flow is not currently sold as a subscription on this site.
Sale pricing, reference pricing, deadlines, discounts, and promotional claims are truthful descriptions of the offer presented. We do not create artificial scarcity or fake countdown timers. A promotional price does not guarantee that the same offer will remain available indefinitely; offers may end or change at any time.

Live Bet Masterclass, Game Flow, and all related course materials, videos, graphics, software, frameworks, written content, branding, logos, interfaces, and proprietary methodologies are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property rights to you except the limited license expressly granted.
