Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Current Status

Game Flow is currently in waitlist / pre-launch status and is not accepting paid subscriptions. There is nothing to cancel today: joining the waitlist costs nothing and creates no billing obligation.

What Will Be Disclosed Before Any Subscription

If Game Flow launches as a subscription, checkout will clearly disclose, before payment, the following:

• the subscription price and billing frequency
• any introductory price or promotional period
• any trial duration and what happens when it ends
• when the first charge occurs
• that billing recurs automatically until canceled
• how cancellation works and when it becomes effective
• whether partial-period refunds are available
• what happens to access after cancellation

Consent to recurring billing will never be preselected, and recurring terms will never be hidden.

Cancellation Principles

When subscriptions launch, cancellation will be available through the customer account without emailing support, will stop future recurring charges, and will preserve access through the paid period where appropriate. This page will be updated with the specific process at launch.
